Operations/Solutions Manager
CIBER is seeking the expertise of an Operations Manager to serve as the main point of contact for an assigned set of Clients to identify appropriate business and technical solutions. The OM will define solutions that effectively balance production efficiencies and be the Client advocate. The OM proactively manages customer centric communications surrounding business requirements, service offering, utilization, project deliverables and service quality, to ensure that the all Client business expectations are met. Responsibilities:· Create, manage and evangelize team processes, practices, programs and systems designed to improve the satisfaction of the assigned Clients and drive service offering iterations based on Client input· Meet regularly with clients to review state of their business including reviewing scorecards and financials · Drive client satisfaction improvement initiatives · Provide training as appropriate to the team and Clients on the processes, tools and the consumption model for allocation Experience & Education:· 3 years or more working in Data Center Operations is a must · 5 years or more in client relationship management/consulting is a must· BA / BS in Computer Science, engineering, or related field preferred· MBA a plus· Management experience a plus Skills & Ability:· Capability to lead effectively and motivate others to achieve established goals· Experience in systems integration, specifically defining and deploying processes improvements via major systems implementation· Experience in project management, data analysis, and development of business applications using defined methodologies is required· Excellent analytical and organizational skills· Excellent problem resolution, judgment, team building and decision making skills requiredQualified candidates should send their MS Word resume to jllera@ciber.com or apply online through .
