Oracle USA currently has an opening for a Sr. Inside Sales Representative to drive Oracle technology solutions and licensing into new and existing accounts This position carries quarterly and annual quotas. Preferred Skills: Aggressive self starter with a great attitude and strong organizational skills Ability to work under pressure of quota and adapt to a changing environment Manage/overcome prospect objections Excellent verbal and written communication skills A passion for technology and ability to relate technology to business Knowledge of Windows, Outlook, Word, and Excel Specific responsibilities include: Manage and close Oracle sales opportunities through opportunity management, account resource allocation, account strategy and planning, and forecasting Sell the value of Oracle technology to executive decision makers Drive sales over the internet through web based discovery calls and presentations Increase pipeline through demand generation and targeted campaigns to the Oracle install base accounts Collaborate with the Field Sales team on sales strategy Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and technologies, competitors, industry trends Preferred Qualifications: BS or BA degree Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, with a track record of successful revenue attainment Demonstrated knowledge of software sales Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with customers/prospects Career Path:Team members who prove themselves to be exceptional have multiple growth opportunities within the company such as Field Sales and Oracle Sales Management.
