We need people who can:Serve as the Oracle subject matter expert.Help complete design documents for applications, modules, screens, workflows, and business events.Develop, test and document customizations to the applications, modules, screens, workflows, and business events through the requirements in design documents.Facilitate the translation of business requirements to application design documents.  Candidates must  manage the development of Oracle iSupplier R12 from the design to post-implementation phase.  Establish and enforce design and development standards. Assess current environment and provide recommendations for best practice related to end-user and IT staff policies. Lead/Contribute to the impact analysis, recommendation and coordination of any changes made to database Assist in the development of project plans, implementation timelines, and deployment schedules. Adhere to problem management practices that focus on root cause analysis and prevention of future problems.Roll their sleeves up, dig in and support the client
