PC/Laptop Maintenance Technician

Job Description for PC/Laptop Maintenance Technician:

Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot and or repair both desktop and laptop systems hardware and computer peripherals. Document, maintain, replace or upgrade hardware and software systems alike. Has knowledge of commonly-used components, concepts practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the necessary functions of the job at hand. Works well under immediate supervision with self drive. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment but may require to do so on special occasions. Typically reports to a project leader or manager.
