PC SUPPORT SPECIALIST II - MCP certification required!

Looking for a corporate career with growth potential?  If you have your MCP, this might be it!  We're looking for the customer service oriented PC Specialist pro with 3 - 5 years experience working with PCs, LANs and/or data communications.  The successful candidate for this position will do day-to-day troubleshooting, install applications, and work on technology related projects.  If you are a PC Support professional, consider this position!

 3-5 years experience working with PCs, LANs, and/or data communications3-5 years experience supporting Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite applications.Minimum 2 years interfacing workstations to a LAN or WANMCP certification is requiredAny Microsoft certifications are preferredHelpdesk or call center experience preferredMust have strong knowledge of PC configuration, installation, break/fix troubleshooting, and imaging.Ability to acquire and install desktop and laptop systems following technical guidelines and policies.Knowledge of computer hardware, peripherals, data communications, TCP/IP, LANs and network infrastructure

 

Compensation will consist of a competitive salary based on your
