Position Overview:

This role will be for a strong seasoned professional, who possesses a comprehensive knowledge of PC Support practices and procedures. The ideal candidate will plan, organize, direct and control day-to-day activities of the assigned PC Support team.

Principle duties and responsibilities include:

· Plan, organize, direct and control day-to-day activities of the PC Support Team.

· Develop and maintain policies and procedures.

· Manage computer equipment inventories.

· Research, recommend, and purchase computer equipment.

· Manage vendor relations.

· Provide third level support on PC hardware and software.

Required Experience and Skills:

· Technical support background

· Windows XP systems

· Current PC/Laptop hardware and software

· Documentation

· Reporting

· Service Level management

· Prior management experience is a must (PC support management preferred).
