PC Technician / Desktop Support
Candidate will perform general maintenance tasks, troubleshoot and repair computer systems and peripheral equipment throughout the organization. Works trouble tickets, service requests and projects. May work at Rancho Cordova campus, the Folsom campus and will likely also be dispatched out to retail locations as well. Must have own reliable transporation. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.Location will be Rancho Cordova and then possibly moving to Folsom in the future. Work will be split between campus work and remote site support.
Experience providing support with the following:Desktop Support Level II experienceDesktop/Laptop Systems Configuration, Installation, Troubleshooting experience (Windows 2000-XP)Light Active Directory experience (moves, adds, changes)Application Support Experience (MS Office/Outlook, Access)PC Imaging experience Experience using trouble ticketing systems very helpful.Previous Field Engineering experience helpfulEnterprise Systems experience helpfulExcellent communication skillsExperience with POS Systems helpfulMust have your own car and valid driver's license to travel from Call Center to Store Locations (heavy travel, mileage reimbursement)A+, N+, MCDST Certification a p
