PLATFORMS ENGINEER - LEAD / MANAGER JUNIPER NETWORKS

PLATFORMS ENGINEER

The candidate will develop and extend Juniper's JUNOS operating system for the next-generation highly scaleable networking platforms. Knowledge and prior work experience are required in the following areas: Unix process management, event driven programming, inter-process communication mechanisms, socket infrastructure, SMP-kernel, real-time scheduling, buffer management and user-space device drivers.

A good understanding and experience of TCP/IP stack in Linux or BSD kernel is required. Familiarity with basic networking concepts/protocols is highly desirable. A minimum of 10+ years of related hands-on experience, strong C programming and debugging skills, good communication and team-work skills are required
