Pricing Analyst

Seeking a Pricing analyst with the following responsibilties:

- Manage Brocade Sales Programs process including:
- Interlock with OEM Marketing Directors(OMD)
- Ensuring appropriate financial analysis is completed for programs
- Acting as Database Administrator
- Preparing the monthly Forecast for contra revenue
- Preparing the Qtrly accrual for contra revenue
- Preparing and reviewing Qtrly reporting for management including success metrics for programs
- Providing training to OMD and sales reps on programs
- Ensuring Qtrly Audit readiness


- Coordinate PWG and Pre-PWG meetings
- Summarize sales programs for pre-meeting
- Set up agenda for meetings ensuring participants are well-prepared and meeting is well-managed
- Maintain accurate minutes for Sox audit

- Pricing Analyst supporting the File and Server Business units
- Provide pricing analytical support relating to tactical price change request from Brocade partners and customers
- Provide ecosystem pricing analysis focusing on channel price alignment, end-user pricing dynamics, competitive pricing assessment and whole product pricing(hw,sw, and support alignment)
- Provide new product pricing support to the business units as needed
- Maintain appropriate pricing in Oracle systems

- Perform Document Retention Admin activities
- Responsible for all documents storage

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/ Finance
7+ years experience in Finance/Pricing
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Specific pricing role experiences
Excellent computer skills with Excel and Business Objects (preferred)
