Position Description:RESPONSIBILITIES:Will be involved in all aspects of the front-end development of LSI's industry leading Content Processors, including Architecture and micro-architecture of systems and SOCs. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in system level architecture using tools employing C, C++, System C, and PERL, and implementation experience using VHDL and/or Verilog. A working knowledge of compilers and/or routing algorithms is a big plus. To Apply Visit LSI CorporationQualifications:REQUIREMENTS:Min 12 years of experience in IC front end design using HDLs (Verilog and/or VHDL) and Synopsys based Synthesis. System architecture experience using tools employing C, C++, System C, Perl, or equivalent is a must. Working knowledge of compilers and routing algorithms is a plus. Excellent communication skills. Should be self-starters and highly motivated. Will be required to lead and mentor junior engineers.EDUCATION:Ph.D., MSEE or BSEE.
