GridPoint is seeking a Process Analyst with a background in full software life cycle experience in system integration and/or web development. The candidate will have the opportunity to support project teams as they Define, Design, Develop and Deploy our solutions to our utility customers. The Process Analyst will be responsible for developing several key deliverables during the project including the project scope document, functional requirements, user acceptance test plans, etc. The process analyst will work with the project team and the customer to develop these deliverables by facilitating work-out sessions, conducting customer interviews and performing external research.

Responsibilities:

DeliveryCreate business process flows, system and web work flow diagrams/process flows Perform process design / re-engineering including Use Case Analysis and Functional Requirements gathering and documentation Analyze and group requirements into manageable and achievable deliverables Adapt to different technologies and serve as liaison between technical and business sponsors Document customer lead requirements and present them to product management for consideration of future product releases Define and design customer service capabilities as it relates to process and tools (call center operations, Internet based customer service tools, etc.) Define, design and develop training of customer specific capabilities

SalesSupport proposal development by writing proposal content describing the proposed solution from a business capability perspective. Collaborate with sales and/or delivery teams to identify and obtain additional project work at existing clients

Qualifications3 - 5 years Business Analysis Experience Experience in the electrical utility industry preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects with deadlines Ability to work independently and manage priorities through the project life cycle – understanding the project life cycle and executing the proper steps in the life cycle Working knowledge of software development lifecycles and how they pertain to requirements Demonstrated experience in process design / re-engineering including Use Case Analysis and Functional Requirements gathering and documentation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Identify issues or breakdowns in processes Excellent listening skills, effective and efficient oral and written communication skills Strong writing skills as it pertains to system life-cycle deliverables College education required
