Katun Corporation has an immediate opening for a Product Assistant to join our new Product Development team in Minneapolis, MN.

In this position you will provide assistance and support to assure optimum efficiencies, timeliness, accuracy, and integrity in the management of data and information critical to the department and various corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities Include:Maintain and enter supplier and new part number information into the ERP systemCoordinate and maintain quality assurance inspection standard forms for product development productsCreate and maintain material safety data sheets and manage artwork request forms for new or modified productsProvide support on new global product development projects by obtaining information on competitive pricing, products and programs at the earliest stages of the product development process to assist the department in making informed decisions regarding new product opportunitiesAdminister initial forecasting activities in support of New Product Development teamDevelop and document processes, participate in continuous improvement initiatives, and perform other projects & work activities to deliver consistent internal and external customer service 

Qualified Candidates Will Possess:High school diploma or equivalent2+ years' business or administrative experienceGood written / verbal communication skillsAttention to detailExcellent organizational skills Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferredWorking knowledge of an ERP system preferredAbility to work effectively with teamsTime management skills and ability to meet multiple deadlines
