This position is microcode product engineering in the control unit development organization of InfoPrint Solutions Company. The product engineer (PE) will be responsible for conducting problem determination for customer-reported printer problems. The PE will interface to field service personnel and customers to gather all pertinent information to recreate the customer's problem in our laboratory. The PE will also need to interface to microcode architects and designers to provide concise explanations of the customer's problem so they will be able to create fixes for the problem.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
Required Skills:
Problem analysis skills.
Able to work well in team environment.
Able to travel and be on-call.
Must have very good communication skills.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with software support.
Experience with hardware support.
Basic administrator level computer skills and knowledge of software.

Education/Certification:
BSEE or BS Computer Science.
