Description:
Seeking a Business Program Manager to be responsible for direct interface between customer and manufacturing site for all issues impacting either group. Maintain global visibility on any issue impacting either the customer or our manufacturing site. Follow current customer order status. Understand capacity (people, equipment, and materials) within our manufacturing site. Negotiate product pricing for both sustaining programs as well as upcoming programs. Develop customer relations with the Account Manager, Engineering Team and Manufacturing Team.
Responsible for order status, capacity forecast, quote accuracy and timeliness, business planning and forecast, logistics status, factory relations in regards to capacity impacts either positive or negative.
Requirements:
l Must be fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English
l Ability to develop/modify/execute business process as needed, with a result driven mind
l Communications experience in customer/internal business relationship building and project leadership
l Must be able to travel internationally and have a valid passport
Desired Skills:
l Technical background in Engineering preferred
l Business experience in Electronic Services or related industry preferred
l Knowledge on PCBA, PCB, PC Hardware & Storage technologies, some hand on test/product lab equipment a plus
l 2 Years of Project/Program Management experience, with multiple sites on a global basis a plus

Description:
Seeking a Logistics Program Manager to join our team in the international inventory management of computer related products from our manufacturing sites to the customer.
Inventory processing update & reconciliation. Upload of inventory and maintain & reconcile inventory reports. Maintain inventory DSI & manage containers at designated destinations. Communicate and work with customer buyer/planner on inventory status and issues. Monitor and follow-up with shipment status. Arrange and facilitate transportation arrangement. Verify hub, transportation & other related invoices for corresponding materials. Document and claim on loss or damage to the responsible 3rd party. Manage and resolve PO (Purchase Order) issues. Set-up and improve Inventory Control Management process. Teamwork with SCM on all inventory and rework projects. Communicate and work with IT to task inventory control system issues. Set-up and conduct quarterly physical inventory count. Monitor and communicate with hub. Mentor and train new team Inventory Control Managers.
Requirements:
l Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese
l Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
l A logically minded team player with a strong attention to details.
Desired Skills:
l Experience in Logistics and/or SCM (inventory management) preferred
