Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:· Cover the handling of spares procurement, tracking, and management process for International and Domestic spares· Monthly reporting of spare levels, spare spending, upcoming activities, spare requests, and fill rates· Monitor inventory spares (Hard Drives, Processors, Memory i.e. anything in a server) to make sure there are enough spares available continuously· Determine the type, quantity, and timing of spares required to ensure spares are available when on the shelf when required· Generate ticket requests when inventory is low· Track spares purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and receipt into inventory Qualifications:· 1-3 years of Project Coordination experience· Excellent communications skills· General server knowledge (what goes into them)· Excellent organizational skills· Good with Excel / Access Qualified candidates should send their MS Word resume to jllera@ciber.com or apply online through .  Please reference SPCO-WA in the subject line.CIBER Employee Benefits We continuously strive to maintain a competitive benefits package, superior to other companies' programs in our industry.  At CIBER we believe our employees are our most valuable asset.
