Project Manager/Business Analyst

Project Manager/Business Analyst Bachelor’s Degree required (BBA preferred) Minimum 5 years experience in Project Management and/or business analysis and managing requirements Billing Implementation experience is a plus Broad knowledge of project management concepts and methodologies and how enterprise software is positioned and delivered through the software development life cycle Outstanding project management skills with ability to multi-task and manage with changing priorities in a cross-functional environment Excellent organizational, coordination, interpersonal and team building skills Understanding of business measurements, terms and conditions, pricing and rating, CSR/Self Service workflows required Extensive experience with specific methods, tools, and techniques for clearly defining and documenting client needs and associated requirements (Use Cases, User Stories, process flows, etc.) Experience defining and writing overall project plans in terms overall business goals for the project AND in defining and managing scope, milestones and deliverables, approach used, budget, resource requirements, change management and risks associated Previous experience in web application development and awareness of issues regarding usability, navigation a plus.
