Essential Skills:- Lead the testing of complex system enhancements, addressing project risk, and mentoring others to achieve success. - Participate in the analysis of business problems and the development of recommended solutions, both technical and procedural.• Maintains an advanced level of knowledge and proficiency of designated systems and quality assurance processes and controls.• Maintain awareness of identified defects; provides updates on the status of problem resolutions.• Approves the test results of new and /or existing systems, enhancements, and patches to ensure proper operation.• Aids in the communication of Quality Assurance methodologies.• Is an active participant in the mitigation, escalation and communication of project risk and issues. • Accountable for the timely delivery and quality of complex technical and systems products and for user satisfaction within the scope of Quality Assurance.• Represents Quality Assurance principles in project review meetings.Qualifications:- BA or BS degree in Business, Healthcare, or Information Systems is required. - Three years in Quality Assurance and/or business analysis required. - Understanding of testing concepts and how testing fits with the overall project lifecycle- Ability to transform business and technical level needs into specific test scenarios- Planning and analytical skills- Ability to support root cause analysis of defectsTechnical skills such as UNIX, Oracle, Java, and Visual Basic, are desired.
