Go to www.cray.com for more information.Summary: The Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruitment, client relationship management, candidate assessment, offer negotiation, and on-boarding coordination. Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies; Source and screen resumes; Schedule/conduct interviews and match skills with hiring needs; Utilize a proactive approach to seek candidates through referrals, networking events, industry groups, advertising, etc.; Negotiate with candidates in regards to compensation; Partner with management to forecast recruiting needs; Update and maintain accurate information in Ceridian ATS; Develop and maintain relationships with search firms; Coordinate Independent Contractor/temporary staff hiring; Collaborate with Staffing Team to identify and streamline staffing processes to ensure effective and efficient hiring; May also be responsible for coordination of campus recruitment, intern program and other projects as assigned.Requirements: BS/BA degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent with 5+ years of progressive experience in recruiting. Must be a strong team player with excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills. Excellent knowledge of HR policies, employment law (including OFCCP regulations) and interviewing techniques is required. Must possess demonstrated use of creative sourcing techniques. The Recruiter must have the ability to build strong networks and client relationships. Must be able to multi-task, possess high attention to detail and be proficient in MS Word/Excel. Ability to work in high volume, fast paced, changing environment is also required. Technical recruiting experience and AIRS certification are a plus.
