Interfacing with business leaders, you will assume a creative leadership role to drive strategic initiatives, programs, and projects. You will provide domain expertise through keeping current on industry practices and benchmarking best practices. display good technical and group leadership skills during the course of delivering a project.   Architect in this position should demonstrate excellent broad technical competence in the performance of routine day-to-day job functions. They should have industry knowledge of SAP R/3, SCM, SAP SRM, EP and Netweaver environment.   Responsibilities:   Lead analysis, architecture, design, programming, testing, product installation and support of complex SAP BI solutions Provides technical direction in the analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of large-scale, enterprise applications projects. Develop and document processes and standards to support technical related items for use by the project team members. Advise on best practices for large-scale BI deployments Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of the entire BI product line Develop close relationships with executives and managers in IT and business departments Deliver standard and customized Business Intelligence technical training Provide knowledge-transfer to other internal IT and business team Expected to be proactive in addressing problems and in advancing solutions. Ensure standard Flextronics global processes are followed (e.g., Issue Management, Incident Management, Release Management, Change Management and Configuration Management). Qualification Requirements:   8+ years of progressively responsible experience designing, implementing, and supporting complex application development projects involving BI 7.0 and Portals 2004s at least 5 years of SAP BW / SAP BI implementation experience, at least 2 years hands-on experience with SAP BW 7.0, at least 2 full SAP BI lifecycle implementations & SAP Certification. Strong knowledge in the SAP BW tool set including creating InfoCubes, ODS, Multi-Providers, InfoSources, Data Sources, Update Rules, and Transfer Rules Experience designing SAP Web Application-based Dashboards in BW 3.5 or 7.0 B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science (or related discipline) and 7+ years of enterprise application development experience. Minimum five years industry experience Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts, both verbally and in writing. Ability to develop technical documentation for training and user procedures. Experience in Electronic Manufacturing Services is desirable.
