Minimum Requirements:This position requires 4+ years of SAP ABAP development experience. The candidate is expected to have very good skills in the following SAP / ABAP technologies. ABAP programming for Reports / Interfaces / Conversions / Extensions / Forms WebDynpro, BSP development tools. Tech knowledge in the CRM system in the areas of BP, Opportunities, Activities, CRM Middleware, Marketing, Service Mgmt..etc ABAP Objects Development of BDCs EDI / IDOC / ALE SAP workflow BAPIs SAP Scripts SmartForms Transactions / Dialog programming Business objects Security / SAP authorizations Debugging of different SAP processes BADIs In addition, the following general qualification are critical for this role. Excellent written / verbal communication skills Team play Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues in SAP based systems. Ability to come up with estimates based on different levels of specifications at different stages of a project. Ability to work through and accomplish tasks in estimated time targets Ability to document / explain / escalate issues appropriately through to the Mgmt Design smart technical solutions for different business process requirements. Ability to understand functional specifications and convert them to technical specifications and code Conduct reviews of functional and technical designs Ability to coordinate tasks with other onsite/offshore team members. Experience with working in a distributed multiple SAP systems landscape. Application of SAP notes and fixes as and when required. Desire for constant learning Within SAP systems, knowledge of the following modules are essential for this position. Very good technical knowledge in the CRM system Good working knowledge in SAP R/3 SD module Exposure to Materials management Exposure to Logistics execution Exposure to Warehouse management Experience in SAP systems such as APO / SEM is considered additional useful qualification.
