Position Summary:

 

This role is responsible for maintaining data, style and design of websites and Flash applications including the US and Canadian Consumer Services website, Real Dialog application, and both iFAQ’s and  Store Locator for the US and Canada Brand websites.   This role is also responsible for providing day-to-day services for Consumer Services end users. Ensure all user requests for client-related services (incident resolution and requests) are generated, tracked, escalated and followed through to satisfactory completion.  This position will also be responsible for assisting with advanced reports using SAP BW, Crystal, Excel and PowerPoint.

 

Responsibilities:

 First line of support for all Help Desk issues including various CS applications such as Siebel, Folio, Item Locator, Mercom, Symposium and Dialect Information Suite.  Resolve issues when possible. Document calls and follow-up through ticket resolution and escalate to higher level as necessary.

 Maintain data of websites and Flash applications for US and Canada (iFAQ’s, locator, and report templates for CS websites)

 Prepare content and perform daily site maintenance to page style and design and ensure overall quality for US and Canada (iFAQ’s, locator and Real Dialog Application).

 Provide computer and peripheral support. This includes ongoing support of computer hardware and software on various desktops, laptops and telephony equipment.  Resolve issues when possible; document calls and follow-up through ticket resolution and escalate to higher level as necessary.

 Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with operating systems, networks services, mail services and the overall aspect of an end user environment.

 Grant or deny permission access to files, folders and process password setting/resetting.

 Create and design advanced reports based on growing Brand and Consumer Services trends and needs using Excel, PowerPoint, Crystal

 

Requirements:

 

Proficient in MS Suite (Excel - Macros, Power Point)

Intermediate –Advanced in working with Crystal Reports

A+ Certification is a plus

 

Key Experience:

 

Dreamweaver. Crystal 8.5 or later, MS Suite, SQL Database. Understanding of HTML, ASP, Flash 8.0, JAVA. General PC Troubleshooting and Maintenance

 

Education:

 Associates degree in any technology related fieldA+ and / or Web Certification
