Responsibilities:As a NPI Product Team Leader in our Silicon Operations team, you'll be responsible for: Managing the development and implementation process of a company's products and services involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new products. Planning and directing schedules and may monitor budget/spending. Monitoring the project from initiation through delivery, ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Minimum Requirements:BSEE or MSEE and minimum 5+ years relevant experience. Requires semiconductor product engineering background, as well as strong project management skills. Strong knowledge of product, test, fab, assembly, and quality engineering for IC products. Experience with managing and strategizing an extended supply chain in the semi-conductor industry. Ideal candidate will have prior cross-functional team leadership experience driving operations issues in the development and release of new products. Requires excellent writing and speaking communication skills. EOE
