Sales & Distribution Support Analyst

Location: NC - Raleigh Relocation Provided: No Education Required: Bachelors Degree Experience Required: 5 - 7 Years Position Description: * Work with Sales & Distribution tower lead on developing strategic direction for all aspects of the tower activities. * Coordinate and drive cross team and tower discussions to ensure alignment of E2E processes and strategic goals * Leverage prior knowledge of S&D processes, provide input to design deliverables and assist with resolution of key E2E issues * Assist with the coordination and driving of workshops, including project kickoffs, design sessions, BDAs, ERRs, etc. * Work with S&D Tower lead on developing work plans, setting deadlines and coordinating tower team activities. Track progress and alert management of any issues that impact scope, budget or timeline * Liase with PMO to ensure that project activities align with overall roadmap * Coordinate activities between change mgmt, BT and IT. * Work with PMO on defining and enforcing project and deliverable standards. * Perform quality assurance on all tower deliverables * Assist with driving the sign off process with global process owners * Manage issue escalations and assist with the resolution of issues that impact the project * Review escalated change requests and assist with quantification of impact to scope, budget and timeline Position Requirements: * 5-7 years of expeience with large projects. * 3+ years with SAP (CRM/ECC) certification/work experience * Strong ability to multiplex * Strong ability in dealing with change * Executive level verbal/written and presentation skills * Successful track record in achieving objectives and targets * Ability to work independently * Asset would be language skills both written and oral in Mandarin as well as English.
