In addition to servicing the customer, the Sales Coordinator provides assistance and support to other members of the Sales Organization and Sales Support Teams and other Management. Is also required to resolve complex transactional issues and is able to navigate through the various sales support functions of IM. RequirementsRequirements: Education: High School degree or equivalent. Two years of college coursework preferred Experience: Minimum of three years previous sales/customer service experience in related industry or a minimum of one year experience within Ingram Micro. Knowledge of: professional, effective telephone techniques and customer care. Proven understanding of Ingram Micro programs and services. Skill in: personal computing or keyboarding. Moderate knowledge of Excel required. Excellent communication skills: written and verbal required. Strong organizational skills also required. Basic sales and negotiation skills required.
