This person will provide project management leadership of bringing new products from design to volume production for NVIDIA’s FC products.

They will be responsible for bill of materials, process characterization, qualification, yield improvement by managing and driving subcontract vendors for shortest cycle time to volume production. They will also be responsible for driving vendors for cost reduction, new material development, and new technologies for FC assembly and packaging. Minimum Requirements:5 years or more experience in flip chip (FC) assembly and packaging with MS (preferred) or BS degree in materials, mechanical, or chemical engineering. Requires a thorough working knowledge of FC assembly processes and materials, reliability, and failure analysis. Should possess good written and verbal communication skills, multi tasking and supplier management skills. EOE
