Senior CMOS RF/Analog IC Designer

Job Description: 
Primary responsibility for the CMOS circuit design for major function blocks in the RF transceiver for use in next generation wireless communication products. Test prototypes and assist in developing production test methodology for next generation SOC operating between 2 to5GHz.
1) RF function block design including: LNA/Mixer, VCO, driver, active filter, OpAmp/
2) Participate in other RF IC function design and verification
3) Participate in SOC verification and tests
4) Participate chip level system design
Skills/Experience: 
1) Seven plus years of RF/Analog IC design experience on CMOS and RFCMOS
2) Strong demonstrated experience in synthesizer design
3) Familiar with customized IC design tools and advance COMS design kits
4) Familiar with test equipment for IC debug and characterization
Additional Skills: 
802.11 and wireless IC experience are preferred. 
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required, Master's degree in Electrical Engineering preferred.
