Senior Domino Administrator- Lotus Notes/Domino Messaging Systems

Aleris is seeking a Senior Domino Administrator– to join the team at our Corporate Offices in Beachwood, OH. This individual will have the responsibilities of the management, design, and implementation of a global messaging system.  Strong emphasis on Domino clustering, SMTP gateway traffic, mail routing optimization.  Candidate must have strong Domino Application Development skills and knowledge of Formula Language and LotusScript.  Experience with JavaScript, Java, or XML desired.  Must be able to manage multiple projects to timely and successful completion.  Will lead a small admin/development team and coordinate closely other groups within the organization. 

 

Responsibilities Include:Maintain existing Lotus Notes/Domino systems. Manage user mail migration project for North American and European operations Maintain SMTP gateway, including mail message and account management. Maintain and support mobile device technologies for North American operations. Manage Domino systems administrative requests. Maintains policies, databases, and makes suggestions for improvement of processes. Perform scheduled maintenance of systems in opposing time zones. Works overflow and escalated tickets (2nd or 3rd level) Perform Domain consolidation. Maintain cluster replicas Generate and deliver weekly status reports. Develop and Deploy Lotus Notes/Domino Applications. Maintain Domino Security. Perform assigned projects as necessary. Up to 30% travel international and domestic

Requirements Include:

 5-7 years Domino Administration and Development experience Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work with all levels of users in the organization. 5 years of project management involvement with increased responsibility Knowledge of Linux (SUSE) OS
