Develop software for automation of NVIDIA's Design for Test (DFT) and Design for Debug (DFD) flows. This includes logic creation and insertion, static and dynamic verification technology, pattern generation, and progress tracking. These software solutions will implement new initiatives targeting reduction in test cost, product cost, bringup and debug schedule reduction, and engineering resource reduction. Minimum Requirements:BS/MS EE or CS Skilled, creative, and productive C++ programmer. 5+ years developing EDA software Working knowledge of standard DFT techniques including scan, JTAG, memory BIST. Experience with TCL, Perl, and SQL a plus EOE
