Engineer will be responsible for bring up and characterization of complex ASIC's performing detailed testing and data analysis of AC parameters for high speed interfaces including PCI-E, USB, SATA Responsibilities:Develop and debug test programs on for high speed interfaces on ATE Perform analysis on collected data, generate characterization reports and interface with circuit designers to root cause issues Responsible for loadboard design for high speed interfaces Work closely with test engineers and FA on production, yield and margin issues related to high speed interface. Minimum Requirements:MS or BS in Electrical Engineering 3-10 years experience of testing high speed interfaces using ATE Verigy HX experience a plus Understanding of interface protocol and test standards for common high speed interfaces ATE programming in a production or characterization environment Understanding of high speed IO testing and issues seen in 5Gb testing Needs to be able to communicate results and findings well both internally and externally Good team player EOE
