The Senior IT Admin will be responsible for the management of the helpdesk and desktop support functions. This position will manage IT Support team and will be responsible for Level two and Level three support. In addition to managing the Help Desk they will be responsible for maintaining and upgrading all servers including but not limited to:

 

Windows Servers 2003/2008

Windows Virtual Servers 2005 R2 SP1

Exchange Servers 2003/2007

SQL Servers 2000/2005

Sharepoint Servers 2003/2007

Symantec AV

Symantec Backup Exec

BlackBerry Servers

Documenting Network Infrastructures

Interacting with clients and implementing solutions to meet there needs.

This position will report to the President directly.

 

Qualifications:

MS Office 2000 / 2003

Windows 2000 / XP / Vista

Outlook / Exchange

Blackberry (Client Level)

Active Directory

Experience in scoping, defining, developing, implementing and controlling processes.

Organizational, communication, customer service, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
