Senior Manager, International Sales Operations (Inventory Management, Demand Planning)

Coordination with ODM Management, Product Marketing and Product Development to make sure that the production plan meets the delivery requirements of Gateway’s channel partners.   Position Responsibilities:   Inventory Management Assists in managing the outbound flow of product to channel partners Reviews the weekly and ad hoc reporting of sales and inventory information Manages inventory levels and customer orders to maintain company inventory turns goal. Interacts closely with logistics, planning, manufacturing, service, and account management teams to assure timely shipment of the orders and expeditious resolution of problems. 

Order Management Ensures timely and accurate input of customer orders. Follows up on customer orders to ensure timely delivery. Creates, distributes and administers product pricing approvals. Product Planning and Manufacturing Directs communication among departments on new product launches Maintains and implements production manufacturing and customer issue resolution. Establishes and maintains product sunset dates in accordance with current Return Policy Channel Development Coordinates the dissemination of information on products to channel partners Assists Channel Development team in communications with channel partners Manages relationships with inventory analysts, re-buyers, and replenishment personnel associated with our channel partners Communication with channel partners to ensure quality service and satisfaction and assist in resolving any issues that may inhibit our business File maintenance, hub-level management, and general problem solving skills relative to customer issues. Facilitates customer service issue resolution with Customer Care & Support Administers the Retail accrual database to track and report MDF, Special Promotions and Funding.  General Management Represents the interests of the International Retail team during internal strategy and planning meetings Maintains continuous process improvements working with internal and external customers. Maintains the highest level of customer and team member relations.
