Senior Systems Administrator/IT Director

Responsibilities: Design and monitor information systems, Initiate, coordinate, enforce systems, policies and procedures.Sustain information systems results by defining, delivering, and supporting information systems; auditing application of systems Maintain computer system hardware capabilities by designing and maintaining requirements and performance Enhance information systems results by identifying information systems technology opportunities and developing application strategies Safeguard assets by planning and implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures Accomplish financial objectives by determining service level required; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action RequirementsEducation: BS Degree in Information Technology Software and Network: MS Server 2003, MS SQL Server, MS Exchange Server, Management ExperienceDesirable Experience: Citrix, Great Plains, Sarbanes Oxley Compliance, HIPAA Security, Billing Certifications Required: WAN, VPN Soluitions, MCSE certification a plus Health Care Experience Desirable  Built on more than 30 years of expertise, The Mergis Group is a specialty recruiting firm committed to helping professionals make the best career choices.
