We are currently seeking a Senior Systems Engineer for our Charlotte, NC location.

 

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced field engineer.  Candidate should have seven plus years working hands on with core operating and networking systems.  Candidate should have a depth of knowledge, breadth of experience, and proven troubleshooting skills to deal with current and emerging technologies.  The candidate should be a self starter with the ability to follow through on projects or tasks with minimal supervision.  Technology leadership in the form of matching products to customer need is an additional skill that is desired.    William Ives is a professional consulting company, so customer relations skills and the ability to articulate and relate to all position levels of our clients is imperative.  The ability to multitask while under pressure is needed. The senior engineer must be honest, detail oriented  and organized with an ability to demonstrate good judgment in responding to people and situations. The position also requires dedication and commitment and the flexibility to work extra hours as needed. The successful candidate must also possess excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills. Previous experience with Law or Finance is also a plus.
