Senior Technician

Essential Duties and Responsibilities  Ability to perform advanced troubleshooting on all types of computer products. Ability to research and develop new repair techniques for new products. Ability to train other technicians on new procedures. Ability to work on most software programs. Ability to work on a PC. This includes data entry, e-mail and using proprietary software. Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions. Conform with all safety rules and use all appropriate safety equipment. Requirements Position Requirements Able to work 8 hour shifts Mon-Fri. Experience in repair of IBM, NCR and Fujitsu POS products. Able to operate a multi meter, oscilloscope, soldering equipment, and electronics test equipment. Experience with component level repair. BGA experience. Knowledge and ability to operate a variety of repair software programs. Able to verbally communicate and provide work direction to co-workers.Education and Experience Requirements Minimum 10  years of component level repair.
