To support Test Program Development on GPU products in an Automation Testing Environment. Responsibilities:Test program development support for new product bringups Implement, complete, and support ATE programs/setups. Validate manufacturing software through automated systems. Support engineering bring-ups and operations release on hardware and software. Improve product release cycle with minimum system down time. High speed loadboard design and debug Minimum Requirements:Minimum BS degree in Electrical Engineering 5+ years experience in semiconductor test engineering Experience in ATE platforms such as Advantest T2000 or Verigy test systems Good understanding both basic analog and digital circuits Team oriented with multi-tasking ability EOE
