NVIDIA is looking for world-class engineers to join the Video Software Engineering Group to work on the latest digital video technologies on the PC and contribute to affirming the leadership of our PureVideo™ technology. PureVideo™ includes support for the latest HD-DVD and BluRay formats, DRM, as well as advanced video processing such as de-interlacing, sharpening, scaling, etc.. We are looking for driven and experienced engineers who have excellent system software experience, who can oversee the implementation of complex video-centric architectures and software stacks. Minimum Requirements:BS or higher degree in Computer Science, or related degree Excellent programming skills in C and C++ Familiarity with computer system architectures and the hardware/software interface layer models Interest in operating system knowledge, specifically memory/resource management, scheduling and process control, etc… Experience with complex system-level debugging is invaluable Familiarity with Video codecs such as MPEG2, MPEG4, H.264, VC1 is highly useful Familiarity with DirectX-VA, MS MediaCenter is also beneficial EOE
