Minimum Requirements:This position requires 5+ yeas of end-to-end web development skills on the Microsoft platform. The position requires OOP methodologies, Data modeling skills, presentation layer technologies (javascript, HTML, etc). The right candidate should feel comfortable communicating with business users and other technical team members. The candidate should also have good knowledge of the following: Programming/language skills: VB.NET, C#, Transact SQL, Javascript, HTML (DHTML), XML, AJAX, VB6 (for legacy apps) Framework familiarity: .NET Framework 1.1, .NET Framework 2.0 - 3.5, ASP.NET 1.1, ASP.NET 2.0 Software: MS SQLServer 2000 and associated tools, MS SQLServer 2005 and associated tools, Visual Studio 2003, Visual Studio 2005/2008, IIS Other methodologies/technologies: Excellent OOP understanding, RDBMS concepts (i.e. indexing, normalization, etc), Web Services, N-Tier architecture, SOA (Service-oriented architecture) EOE
