Park Place International, located in Chagrin Falls is looking for a multi-tasking individual to work in our Warehouse providing support to refurbish/repair PC equipment as well as manage the hands-on task of shipping for the facility.



Education: 

Minimum High School diploma or GED

 

Qualifications:

 

The preferred candidate will have experience in repairing PC hardware; have a mechanical aptitude and be able to lift 50# or more.  Experience with Insta-Pack Foam in place system would be helpful but not necessary, as well as handling a pallet jack; palletizing and banding.

 Candidate must be PC literate to be able to utilize the shipping software package, and MS OfficeTyping skills are essential to prepare and process forms  (i.e., credit memos, bar codes, drop shipments, airway bills)Process lost package statementsSet up returns of equipment coming back to Park PlaceFile all order folders using established guidelinesWilling to assume responsibility and work well with othersAbility to prioritize work to correspond with customer requests and shipping schedulesMaintain a high level of concentration while handling multiple requests at the same time to ensure accuracyIntegration and testing of computer equipment; repair and/or refurbish hardwarePossess excellent oral, written, communication and organizational skillsCommitted, good attendance record, highly accurate, detail orientedTeam player

 

Ability to work off-shift hours (ex. 9:30a-6:30p weekly) and Saturdays 10:00a-2:00p (possibly rotational).
