Shipping Specialist

Position Title:        Shipping Specialist    



 

Description:                             

 

The Shipping Specialist will be part of the Operations Team reporting to the Production Manager. The primary role of the position will be to support Integrian on-site shipping, order fulfillment as well as operations support across all functionality. Duties will include shipping, system transactions (order fulfillment), packaging, receiving, inspecting incoming shipments and supporting the stockroom.     

 

This is a Monday through Friday day time position from 10am to 7pm (allowing an hour lunch)

 

Key Responsibilities:

 





·        Shipping Integrian uses UPS World Ship to process 95% of shipments. Candidate must be proficient using shipment software packages and PC savvy 

 

·        Packaging product for shipment

·        Back-up functions (Receiving, incoming inspection, stockroom, outgoing audits)

 

Qualifications:

 

The qualified candidate must be willing to perform multiple tasks, be able to learn quickly and make an immediate impact. They must be proficient with shipping software and must be PC savvy. Attention to detail and a zero defect rate is required.      

 

Experience:

 

Five years experience in a fast paced shipping environment (electronics manufacturing preferred)           

 

Education:

 

Two year Associate degree preferred (Experience allowed to offset education)
