We are currently seeking a Sigma Systems Analyst for a permanent position. Our client is seeking a self-motivated, self confident team player that can work well in a fast paced environment. This opportunity will allow you to:Analyst supporting the enterprise Telephone and High Speed Data provisioning platforms.Support our Corporate and Region operations teams in investigating trouble reports and documenting fixes.Work with field and corporate teams to create business requirements and communicate to development teams for system requirements. Work trouble tickets for field and communicateCreate order management reports for field operations

Requirements

All qualified applicants will possess these minimum requirements:Experience working in a software development environment for at least 3 years in technical support, business analysis or other customer facing roles Demonstrate a solid understanding of UNIX, Java and Oracle. Weblogic would be an asset as wellExperience coordinating deployment of new releases with internal control procedures, including the release management process, staffing, planning and execution.Have the ability to understand and articulate problems or technical issues within company and subsequently any proposed remedies back to the business units.Telephone industry experience such as LSR, DSR and provisioning platformsExcellent communication skills, both spoken and written Experience in meeting with customers and documenting business requirements and the ability to translate those into system requirements for hand-off with development organizationSQL experience for report creation. In-depth knowledge of databases and ability to write queries.
