TelaDoc, Inc. is a Texas corporation that performs several tasks as a business associate of the TelaDoc Physician Association (PA).  TelaDoc, Inc. is a professional association employing or otherwise contracting with one or more physicians licensed to practice medicine. 

 

We are currently seeking a Software Quality Assurance Security Specialist for our Dallas, TX location!

 

Job Description:

The Software Quality Assurance Security Specialist will design and execute Test Plans for multiple products, with an emphasis on security.  The individual in this role will work closely with the development team during the SDLC and will create test summary reports.

 

Other duties and qualifications will include, but will not be limited to:Following test casesIdentifying and reporting risks for multiple productsReporting bugs using bug tracking softwareConducting code review for multiple productsPerforming other duties as assigned by Software Quality Assurance Manager

 

 

 

Experience Requirements:Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or closely related field2+ years of application testing (security experience preferred)Programming experience (PHP or Rails preferred)RDMS experience (MySQL preferred)Knowledge of security problems as well as corrective measuresExperience with the following:

ü Unit Testing (PHP) or Ruby preferred)

ü Functional Testing

ü Regression Testing

ü Performance Testing

ü User Acceptance Testing

ü Web Application TestingAbility to understand existing data models and database structureHave a thorough understanding of all phases of Quality Assurance Life CycleExperience with the following is preferred:

ü Penetration Testing

ü Automated Testing (Selenium preferred)

ü Bug Tracking System (Mantis or Target Process)

· Strong communication, analysis and organization skills

· Team, detail and process oriented

· Dedication and willingness to work hard, often under high production pressure

· Must be able to meet deadlines
