Software Support Technician

Software Support Technician: Wilmington based software company with a NON-smoking environment is seeking energetic people to install and support its vertical market software across North America.

 Skills and Requirements Strong written and oral communication skills.  Working computer knowledge, including Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Regular travel throughout the U.S. (we pay expenses) Four year degree, preferably in Computer Science or other related four year program.

 

Any experience with the following would be advantageous: Microsoft SQL Server Crystal Reports Microsoft Access Customer service experience

 

Candidate must be available to start immediately or with two week notice to current employer.
