Sr. Financial Analyst, Sales Finance, South Bay

As a senior financial analyst in the Sales Finance organization you will partner with the worldwide sales headquarters organization to provide finance support, including budgeting, forecasting, compliance, cost analysis, product pricing and ad hoc analyses.

 

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years financial experience supporting a sales organization, including analysis of incentive-based compensation planning and product pricing. Strong communications skills and experience interfacing with executives and sales management is a plus.  Technical skills should include Oracle 11i and Hyperion Planning.  Must be able to balance financial details with the big picture.
