KEYS: Solid PHP Skills, UML PHP Symfony. Looking for someone with about 6 year’s experience. Really looking for someone with Indian Offshore ExperienceTechnical Requirements:Proficiency with HTML, PHP and CSS, and JavaScriptExperience with SOAP and XML developmentWorking knowledge of UNIXExperience with UML requiredExperience with Symfony PHP framework a plusExperience working with or managing project teams with Agile software methodologies – specifically SCRUMSolid background in SQL and in particular, Oracle, and experience working with applications/systems that interface with large databases and multiple data tables. Other Job Qualifications & Responsibilities:Ability to handle multiple projects with changing priorities and meet challenging deadlines in a rapid application development environment.Must have the ability to work productively with minimal supervision. Proven strong communication and documentation skillsFacilitate communication both upward and across project teams including all stakeholders Manage & mitigate project risk Work with stakeholders to document and define the project scope, overall plan and approach Minimum of bachelors degree in Computer Science or some other related engineering disciplineMinimum 5 years experience in a Technical Team Lead or Project Management role.
