SemiconductorTALENT.com, a division of Intelligent Technology Solutions, is a North American leader in providing executive search services to the microelectronics and engineering sectorsSr. Software Field Applications Engineer - Embedded Processors/MIPSLocation: Mountain View Relocation - NOResponsibilities:- Provide technical support to the sales staff in order to promote the company's products to customer engineers during the design win cycle.- Prepare and present technical material in customer meetings.- Provide support to customer engineers, during the integration of our products in a customers system- Provide critical review of: Technical documents, Specifications, ManualsApp notes, White papers, Product briefsRequirements:- BSCS/EE or Better- 5+ years of software design experience. - Experience in embedded SW development, especially on Ethernet device driver development, networking protocols Or HW with signal integrity expertise and protocols expertise on PCI, Ethernet, PCI-express, SPI-4.2- Expertise or experience in the followingC/C++ programmingTroubleshootingPerformance analysis in embedded systems environment OS internals, bin utils and C libraries in Linux, Unix, xBSD, VxWorks, or similar OSGood knowledge of GNU tool chain, Gcc, Gdb.
