RESPONSIBILITIESAssist customers with deployment of email security enterprise gateway solutions Respond to post and pre-sales support inquiries with ownership of issues until resolution Provide technical solutions and workarounds for end users and publish data for customer's self-help tools helpful in resolving issues Escalation support to tier 1 engineers Replication of issues and validation of new releases for Email Security appliance Collaborate with engineering and other teams to drive product supportability initiatives Create content and ensure that knowledge management drives case deflection

REQUIREMENTSGood working knowledge of the network protocols: TCP/IP, SMTP, DNS, DHCP, PoP3/IMA Strong troubleshooting skills with proven ability in trouble shooting, resolution of the issues and debug data analysis. Preferably with work experience in using network analyzers and trouble shooting Mail/Application servers Strong working knowledge in Microsoft network protocols: Active Directory, LDAP, Exchange Server Administration experience of Linux/Windows Servers, Exchange/Apache Servers, Routers, Applications Load balancers and Net-App filers will be a big plus Good organizational skills with ability to multi-task on various projects Should possess aptitude to learn new technologies with strong flexibility and adaptability to the changing work environment Good Written and oral communication skills Ability to multi-task and focus on tactical and strategic technical issues at the same time

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEBachelors degree or Diploma in Computer Sciences/Electronics Engineering from a reputed University/Institute Candidates with Professional certifications from SonicWALL /Cisco/Microsoft/ will be preferred Five (5) years or more of email security technical support experience or similar work experience in supporting network security products A minimum of three (3) years of technical support experience in supporting Internet products at enterprise level
