Overview:

OmniVision, a leading independent supplier of advanced CMOS image sensor technology, has developed a family of low cost, single chip analog and digital color video cameras for PC video conferencing, home video capture, surveillance systems, machine vision and toy applications. Responsibilities:

1. Onwership of all phases of Test Program & hardware development per new product introduction

2. Participates in product definition and provide testability inputs including DFT.

3. Will be dealing primarily with CMOS image sensors and embedded digital and analog cores

4. Supports PE/QA/Reliability on FA

Requirements

1. 2 to 5+ years of IC test development/debug experience in semiconductors, CIS experience is a plus.

2. Expert level in major programming and scripting languages, such as C. C++, VB, Perl, Tcl etc.

3. Strong hands on for bench equipment to measure optical & electrical parameter.

4.ATE experience: Teradyne J750, EP750, EX750; Agilent/Verigy HP 93k, Credence SC312 etc

5. Optional; Design & Product Engineering experience and Mandarin skill is a plus.



6. BS in EE, CS or related field, MS preferred
