Sr. Veritas Netbackup Engineer (Any US Location)

We are looking for Sr. Consulting Engineers with Expertise in Veritas Netbackup Solutions to join our Practice.

Job Description:

Glasshouse is looking for dynamic individuals who enjoy a team atmosphere and interfacing with clients. Individuals will be charged with effectively executing deliverables against client project and are required to communicate both verbally and written, externally and internally.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates should have 8+ years of experience with the following:

Experience in evaluating and architecting storage operations, policies, and procedures to help our clients assess, design, and implement strategic storage, SAN, and backup initiatives

Experience with storage vendors including, specifically Veritas Netbackup

Comfortable documenting storage and backup best practices, methodologies, and cost models.

Experience in with working on large client engagements

Responsibilities

Develop in-depth understanding of a client's business requirements, along with client's current data storage environment

Involvement in the creation of proposals that address current and evolving client storage/backup requirements

Development of customized solutions that address specific needs, and the successful management and/or delivery of engagements

Develop, promote and follow engagement methodologies

This position can be based out of any US location and requires 100% travel
