Job Description:
The Stockroom Assistant will support hardware management activities for a large government client. As part of the Stockroom the team member will deliver/pick-up equipment, update tickets and escalate as necessary for request completion in accordance with Service Level Agreements. This specialist will also provide phone and in-person support to users as needed to address issues related to procurement requests, and will provide assistance in gathering information for customer and contract management reporting.

Responsibilities include:
• Preparing/Delivering equipment requests;
• Performing annual inventory of equipment;
• Receiving and validating all incoming shipments;
• Coordinating distribution of purchases to the end user;
• Maintaining records to provide accountability for equipment; and
• Preparing equipment for excess and disposal.
• Delivery/Retrieval of equipment to sites and annexes
• Shipping of equipment to regional sites
• Other duties as assigned by your Supervisor or Management Knowledge/Skills/Abilities • Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to lift 35-50 pounds short distances
• Active and valid Drivers License
• Previous IT experience preferred
