The Distribution Manager provides many vital roles for both NVIDIA’s e-Commerce and direct to market distribution operations. This position requires expertise in global distribution, logistics and supplier management in an outsourced environment. e-Commerce is a new and growing segment for NVIDIA, so deep experience in distribution process design in a B2B and B2C environment is required. The ability to help architect solutions that align and support all the internal business stakeholders is key to success in this position. Ability to manage and thrive in a matrix environment and with the ability to help bridge information for the various internal business stakeholders will be important. Responsibilities:Cross-functional process development, sourcing and supplier management in support of NVIDIA Marketing Operations, (online stores, outsourced fulfillment, reseller/collateral fulfillment, and NVIDIA product badging etc). Work with NVIDIA's internal functional stake holders to gather program requirements, generate statement of work (SOW). Generate request for information/request for quote (RFI/RFQ), coordinate internal vendor review/selection process. Contract review/and supplier negotiations. Supplier management of existing/new suppliers. Assist Management as needed basis with OEM VMI hub distribution model Cross-functional process development, sourcing and supplier management in support of NVIDIA e-Commerce Distribution Operations, (online stores, outsourced light assy/fulfillment, game bundling, reseller/collateral fulfillment, developer support, NVIDIA product badging etc). Develop and implement end to end operational business processes in support of e-Commerce scalability requirements. Minimum Requirements:Successful candidates will have broad background in Distribution, Inventory Control, Logistics/Fulfillment, in support of Marketing/Sales Operations Including: BS/BA required (MBA preferred). 8-10 year’s relevant work experience in fast paced business environment Excellent PC/application skills MS Excel, MS Outlook, Power Point, Visio, etc. SAP. 4.6c experience APICS and/or ISM/CPM certification a plus Experience working in a multi-channel environment, a plus (online/channel/retail/direct/VMI) Experience implementing Online solutions (B2B, B2C and internal company stores) Knowledge of online marketing strategies (Paid search, Affiliate Marketing, E-mail marketing, partnerships, website/conversion rate optimization) Sound understanding of E-Commerce fundamentals Experience in managing channel distribution partners (monitoring sell-in/sell through/channel inventory, replenishments). Experience in traditional retail, direct mail or catalog, within consumer high tech space Experience implementing global e-Commerce fulfillment capabilities Print/packaging & localization requirements in support of global distribution Exposure to Order management/Call center management Experience with enterprise level ecommerce packages Experience in international operations: import/export, certification, tax, payments. Demonstrated ability to analyze requirements and implement solutions. Team-oriented, with proven ability to work cross-functionally Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities concurrently Excellent written and oral communication skills.
